Normally it’s a metaphorical creative director hat, but sometimes I put on other hats. For example, a Rangers hat, a golf cap from my embarrassingly massive collection, and on one occasion, a ski mask. But my favorite hat of all is the "World's Greatest Dad" cap my kids gave me last Fathers Day.
